Please note, as with any iPhone X onwards battery (even a donor swap from an original battery) the battery health feature will no longer function in iOS, this is due to the way Apple restrict battery replacements.
The battery will work and function exactly as expected and 3rd party battery testing tools such as Coconut battery will still be fully compatible.
